Go to Settings and open the Verify tab. Verification has three steps:
- Initial KYC, required before your first purchase: confirm your full legal name and date of birth (Basic Information) and your residential address, city, state and ZIP (Address Verification). If your address cannot be verified automatically you will be asked for a photo ID and selfie.
- Email verification, required before your first redemption: click Verify Email, then enter the verification code sent to your email.
- Identity verification, required before your first redemption: upload a photo ID and take a selfie following the on-screen prompts. If you start a redemption before this is done, you will be prompted automatically. Make sure everything you enter matches your ID.
